Ranked #39 1st day of Tycoon but no Extra Rewards for it.

I ranked #39 and typically I receive the Extra Rewards but a few times I have not received them so this time I did a screen print as proof. It has the time stamp in the lower right corner.
Please activate those rewards.

If you read the extra rewards "Requirements".  The ranking for this does not begin until 12:01 server time.  Meaning all the ranking you did before the 12:01 do not count.  However you did received the reward before was a glitch in game.  This glitch have been patched up that I know.  You should be happy that they didn't take back what you shouldn't be getting now that you admitted that you took advantage of the bug.

I am sorry this is not proof that you didn't receive the extra rewards. Please provide an uncropped screenshot of your hot events. Also, considering that the screenshot you provided is possibly taken 12 hours before the hot event actually starts doesn't make you eligible for receiving them. The extra rewards are only available based on the rank that you have after making points that are after 12:00 server time.
