As shown in the photo the following mount was already acquired a long time ago yet the fortune bag collected it the first time i've won it (dec 02 to dec04 fortune bag event). on the next winning same mount it ask to swap or save. can u please help me recover my fortune bag points by means of swapping. Thank you.......... fyi i didnt have luck with your rewards except resources (waste of time and effort)

Hello rodelprado,

So you already have Griffin, Tusky and Armored Rhino, and asked for a swap. We will need you to provide screenshot that the mounts are active in your mount glamor. Please make sure both screenshots (including the one in your post) are un-cropped (showing your IGN, server and time-stamp). If the screenshots are too large in size, please first upload to free image hosting site and share the image link here. Thanks.

FYI I also don't have any luck with this Fortune Bag, but it has already been mentioned to the devs.
