Hi silverdragon17

Unfortunately, I'm unable to view any screenshots in your post, due to there being no screenshots attached to your post. However, I can help you with your issue. Let's go over some methods of resolving the issue.

Does this happen on just one server or does it happen with every other server you play on? if not, what server do you play on so we can test it ourselves? Also, when you can, please upload the white screen screenshot so we can have a view on what you're experiencing, it will enable us to further assist you.

Now, Have you tried using the quick fix option? if not, here's how to use it.

-try accessing the server on the client, from there, on the top right of the client, you'll see a dropbox icon that says "more".
-When you click on it, you should see an option called "Quick Fix". Proceed by clicking on it, it will open a quick fix index, giving you some information, followed by a warning after using quick fix.
-Proceed to click on "fix now".
-After clicking "fix now", your client will begin the quick fix process, after the quick fix, the client will then restart.

If that doesn't work, we can try to clear the client's cache to see if that works, here's how you can clear the client's cache.

1: Exit the client (exit the client completely, not just log out);
2: Right-click the desktop icon and select “Open file location”;
3: Navigate to the following: AppData/Local/Gtarcade/cache folder, delete the game folder;
4: Restart the client. Once the client re-appears, relog back into your account to see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work as well, you can try uninstalling the client then reinstalling the client to see if that fixes the white screen issue. you can find the client's installer to download via this think:

Alternatively, you can try using the older client to play the game. Do note, this client is no longer supported. It no longer receives updates. So if any issues happen while using the older client, you'll need to reinstall it. However, in my opinion, it does perform better on the game. You can download it here.

thanks for the advice, i completely uninstalled the client and reinstalled it and it is now working

I've refreshed, cleared cache and uninstalled reinstalled a newly downloaded version of the client and still get white screen of death {"status":2}

@ legend, please do not hijack others ppls posts... although similar, your issue is different.

However it is known, and has been reported. In the meantime. use a browser to play.
