I have made numerous tickets and never get straight answers. only macros that have no relation to the questions I ask. I also made a deposit of 10k diamonds but was not given the 2000x4 bonus (well none of them to be exact)
I made a ticket and they told me I have to make 2000 deposits one after another? so 4 times 2k deposits? does the system not know that 10k is more than 8k? time is money, if I purchase 10k, i expect them to be ticked off and I get the 1x 2x 3x and the 4x rewards!

EOC Mod Laka khan, the response above is precisely why EOC will lose customers and will upset many players. True that sometimes, players like smeggit_1 makes an honest mistake in that they may not have understood the mechanics well or misread. That given, I believe that the onus is also on the development company to make clear your rules. If an honest mistake was made and a customer asks for a refund, then they should be given the refund minus any benefits the may have gained. The technical ability to do the refund as well as cost of administering it is something any development should should have taken in account in your app development and budgeting.  

This is standard customer service across any industry. By holding the line that no refund maybe given, it may be construed as fraud and misrepresentation as it clearly had led smeggit_1 in believing he was paying for something when in fact it he wasn't going to gain this benefit he expected. In such a case, player should be entitled a refund minus any gains he had gotten from the purchase of 10,000 diamonds. Otherwise this arguably may in fact even attract attention from Apple to the ethical soundness of the company publishing the App in how you are treating your customers.

Don't get me wrong. I love the game and the content very much. I think its a great effort done by the Devs and company that deserves praise.

I did the same thing, it should at the very least unlock the first 2k tier... obviously it really should unlock all of them though

yeh its nuts! I mean how hard is it for a computer now a days to know 2x4 is 8... and the blatant disregard for players from the "support team" is amazing. I've never spent 4k and been this disrespected. I even requested all my transaction history and correspondence 2 months ago to see if they would start replying to the tickets I had raised and I havent even received it yet, though it states that a company has 30 days to pull these records together once requested via GDPR lol 60 days has gone so far

Dear Player,

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Whenever there is any top-up event, it is stated clearly that you have to top-up how many diamonds in order to get reward, But in some top-up events there is clearing written that player has to do top-up in transactions only then player will be able to get reward,
If you guys have made one transaction of 10k then i am sorry system will count it as 1 transaction not 5 transaction of 2k diamonds.

then you clearly have a problem with the system in place. because it does not clearly state that you need to make multiple seperate transactions, just 4x 2k, which to me, just =8k, so I topped up 8k. it does not clearly state "separate" transactions. I have also requested my transaction history and correspondence history from you guys to which I have had no reply. something that is clearly my right under the data protection act and GDPR. instead of your customer experience team just saying ok no problem heres the reward but next time do it X way, I've been in an argument with macros for the past week. that's not acceptable in the slightest. I paid the amount required, just not in the order that your faulty system wants, which is not clearly stated. FACT.

When ever there is any top-up event it always state clearly what to do, as an example I am sharing one screenshot in which you can see clearly written that player has to make 2k diamond SINGLE transaction 4 TIMES along with transaction counter and also mentioned that it is daily reset. below is the link of screenshot.

  • It should still count towards ONE of those 2k transactions if nothing else because 8k is most definitely 2k in a single transaction.  As for getting all 4 that is where it becomes a gray line.

  • You as a company should make sure your events are worded properly and CLEARLY.  "Top up ONLY 2k in a single transaction"  not "top up 2k in a single transaction"  do you see the difference there?  If not then stop using google translate and get a real translator.
