x server tycoon points after reset

Hello to the devs,
I'm a player loa2. yesterday you reset all data and now you have not done fix issue yet. My friend is a MOD ,too many people wanna her help for them issues so she don't have time for her issue. her points tycoon in xserver is 3mil+ and now it is gone.
Please fix for her fast.
