In the new Conquest when i had a Browser crash and loaded again i could not reenter the game like in the old Conquest. So i got a penalty without my fault.
And 60 minutes penalty is too long since you cannot enter in the same hour window.

Please change to the old behaviour.

Update 12-24: Today in the second game the loading stopped at 99%. And again i could not reenter. So i lost 3 attempts due to penalty of 60 minutes!
I tried to enter Conquest also but first get the message "player in queue" or so. Later the penalty.
