Hi and thx in advance

She doesnt know what happened but my cousin is unable to login to her Gtarcade account today. She even tried the "forgot your password" option and that hasnt helped. With the end of CS Tycoon she is very anxious to sign in...not to mention the Christmas Wished last day today. How can she reach you for help since she cant even sign in to the forum.

She can use browser and if it won't let her into forums using her account can always create a guest account and use it to post in forums also have her completely close out mini client and reopen it and here is a link that maybe able to help her http://community.gtarcade.com/thread/1311313-1-1.html

She has tried to sign in...there is no "as guest" option that appears, nothing is working, even changing password option hasn't worked. There has to be someone here can help a loyal player who has played for years to correct this issue.

Well you said that she needs to make contact with us, so we gave options, but if you can just be the messenger, it's alright.

Could she make a screenshot of the issue? What does it say?

I had allowed someone to use my computor yesterday evening. When I attempted to sign in this morning, I kept getting a message that said my email and password didnt match. I regret that I allowed the game to store it, and didnt write it down, so I had requested to change my password. I followed the link, and the instructions therein, and nothing has changed...cant get past the inital login screen. I need to be able to use my Christmas Wishes et al. please help.

Hello player,
If you used a real email for your account, you should be able to recover your password. Maybe try to recover the password again and follow the instructions. Try to clear your cache and cookies once you finish following the instructions and then try to login.

I have cleared all cookies and cache....I have used my email to request password...told me to reset, which I did, to no avail. The account doesn't respond to the old password or the new password LOA had me create. I need more assistance than being told to do the same things over and over expecting different results. Again, I wish to access the account I have had for years. Pls assist me before I lose much more in terms of game play and rewards earned and not gathered.
