Hello warrior,
Can you please provide us with screenshots of the problems occurring? And please try to clear the cache in the app. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Exit the GTarcade Desktop App (exit the app completely, not simply logout).
2. Right-click the desktop icon and select “Open file location”.
3. Navigate to App Data/Local/Gtarcade/cache folder, delete the game folder.
4. Restart the App.

When creating a ticket, please be sure to include:
1. Your server number and in-game name (case sensitive).
2. A detailed description of your issue (what happened, when did it happen, what platform are your using (Browser, GTarcade Desktop App, Facebook Gameroom, etc)).
3. Screenshots and/or videos if possible.
