Can't recharge anymore

I wanted to recharge as I've done before, but it won't let me anymore...
Everytime I try it with the Desktop App I get this message:

"save order error, please contact webmaster! Thank You!"

If I try through website the game won't even find my account...!!!

I use Google to login on the App and Website

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP AS I WANTED TO RECHARGE FOR EVENTS THAT ARE ONGOING

User = Titjes
Server = 330-Reuel

Hello warrior,

Can you please provide us with screenshots of the problems occurring? And please try to clear the cache in the app. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Exit the GTarcade Desktop App (exit the app completely, not simply logout).
2. Right-click the desktop icon and select “Open file location”.
3. Navigate to App Data/Local/Gtarcade/cache folder, delete the game folder.
4. Restart the App.

If you are still experiencing problems, you can join our official discord server where our moderators will try to help you as fast as possible (https://discord.gg/loa3) or you can try contacting support centre by submitting a ticket.

Our specialists will try to answer your ticket within 2 business days.

When creating a ticket, please be sure to include:
1. Your server number and in-game name (case sensitive).

The screenshot in my first post is what I get when I try to recharge with the Desktop App

Tried this and didn't work, even completely removed the app and re-installed which didn't work either.

I can see that your recharge error is different from the thread creator's recharge error. Would it be possible for you to make a new thread for your issue so we can continue with your issue there?

In Game Name
Server
Screenshot(s) that show the issue.
Platform you're experiencing the issue on (either browser or client)
