on every single map just farm (you must be patient) this items and redeem.

Thank you for contacting us,
New year ticket you can farm from any monster on the map, all you have to do is kill them and they will drop the ticket like any other stuff they drop, and it will automatically get picked up.

No we are in secret moon manor event and I spent $300 I have many event items but nowhere I can u

Sorry to hear that you are having issue in game,
Kindly please click on secret moon manor event and you will see manor shop tab, click on it and you will see the items which can be traded with the event currency.
