NO SYLPH GEAR

MY TOON, SirRiley, UB58, has no sylph gear. I have purchased gear several times but it never shows up. I have sylph gear on my other 2 toons. The sylph home page does not bring up the sylph gear. I have screen shots that I will try to attach. They show no slyph gear appearing on my sylph page and where I purchased the sylph gear that didn't show up. Please help me get my sylph gear.
