PC client reward title unclaimable

Hello.
I just downloaded today the PC client, claimed the rewards (vouchers, exp potion, rubies, the title card), i can use all of 'em, except the title card. its in my bag, if i click on it and try use, it redirect me to the title page. There is the red dot on the right side of the menu, but i dont find any new title what i can active in any menus (neither normal/event/VIP). Tried on my phone and on PC too, same problem on both.
