New Year Event Banner NOT WORKING

What do you mean by when they don't work? Earlier in your facebook post you mentioned it works now

It means that I have equipped all those banners (4 golden, 4 mythic, a whole of of legendary, a whole lot of epic, and a whole lot of rare banners ALL AT THE SAME TIME on all of my heroes, including the super weak MERMAID hero), but I can only collect rewards for equipping the legendary, mythic, and golden.

As for my earlier problem on Facebook. I have worked it out and now have collected rewards for banner combo Level 1 and banner combo Level 2.

It seems like you don't know much about the New Year Event. There are 16 rewards that players can collect, which are BANNERS related (accessible from New Year Celebration--Heroes tab):
1. Banners Engraved reached level 120 (this one works properly)
2. Banners Engraved reached level 160 (this one works properly)
3. Banners Engraved reached level 190 (this one works properly)
4. Banners Engraved reached level 210 (this one works properly)
5. Banners Engraved reached level 240 (this one works properly)
6. Banners Combo reached Level 1 (this one works properly)
7. Banners Combo reached level 2 (this one works properly)
8. Banners Combo reached level 3 (I don't know. I haven't reached this one yet)
9. Banners Combo reached level 4 (I don't know. I haven't reached this one yet)
10. Banners Combo reached level 5 (I don't know. I haven't reached this one yet)
11. Banners Combo reached level 6 (I don't know. I haven't reached this one yet)
12. Equip 10 RARE Banners (NOT WORKING)
13. Equip 8 EPIC Banners (NOT WORKING)
14. Equip 3 LEGENDARY Banners (works fine)
15. Equip 2 MYTHIC Banners (works fine)
16. Equip 1 GOLDEN Banner (works fine)

Yes that combo doesn't seem to work.

Can you please provide us with screenshots so we can look into this further

It's as if the game only recognizes banners placed on heroes that are actually a part of team - therefore 6 total. It doesn't see banners equipped on heroes that are not used in team

Correct!! The banners only seem to work on active heroes in party so the 8/10 banners can only work unless the game considers heroes not in party. It seems to be strange.

Anyways, we will require screenshots about this to investigate.
