Since League of Angles III’s worldwide release, we have made several major updates and fixed many bugs to provide our players with a fairer and more entertaining game. However, we still received bug reports from many different sources.

In order to collect and fix bugs reports more efficiently, we recommend submitting your issues via our official website instead of leaving comments on Facebook.
Here are 5 easy steps on how to report issues through our Support Center:


1. Go to our official website and click SUPPORT on the Navigation Bar.



2. Go to “SUPPORT TICKET” to create a new issue report. You can check your report history by clicking “MY TICKETS”.



3. What kind of issue do you want to solve? Select your “issue category”. We will use “Payment Issue” as an example.

If you don’t know what category your issues belong to, please see the reference list:
>Payment Issue: Recharge failed; Recharge has not arrived, etc.;
>Account Issue: Account/character/password forgotten, lost or hacked, etc.;
>Lost Items: Rewards unclaimed or not received; Items sold by mistake; Items disappeared or decreased with unknown reason, etc.;
>Bug Issue: Login failure; Severe lag; GTarcade shutdown; Game bugs, etc.;
>Event Issue: Event bugs; Rules unclear, etc.;
>Report: Harassment; Cheating, etc.;
>Suggestion
>Others

4. Choose the correct sub-category for your problem. A more specific description can accelerate the reply speed!



5. Add details to describe your issue and upload a screenshot. Finally, click “SUBMIT” and our staff will reply you ASAP.

Many of your players do NOT like the changes that you have made to Castle Raiders, Conquest and cycle quests. You say that people want the change but the only ones that do is the non to low vip players. But you your not going to listen to your players but incorporate more events into a chance system (basically gambling) and yet you don't see that as you change things into more of a chance (gambling) that you are losing players. X server league is a prime example of the best not competing against each other. But a crook of players who are spending money with the hopes or chance (gambling) that they may have spent enough money to participate in a event that keeps the fair free players out in the cold, which isn't fair by any means. Of course you will try and lie and say that you give participation rewards but that's for the top 100 and in order to get into that you must spend money again leaving the free fair players out in the cold. Sad that you don't listen to your paying players versus the non paying players.

  • metzermike,   I agree with your statements,   And everywhere i read the moderators thank us for our feed back but make no changes except dangle more legendary characters, or new divine armas for us to purchase and cannot be earned by luck.  There is no more skill in the game.  Its sad cause i really thought there was so much potential in this game.  At least they should have giving people with a vip level a break.  But if you are a vip you earn more chances to only purchase.   The updates are getting to be more complicated.   We are losing people fast.  We are the top guild on our server with only about 15-20 active players

Do you guys ever fix the things that get reported? Bartoli is still referred to as the wrong gender in one of her skill descriptions, and I know someone that reported that not long after her release event months ago. If you can't even get around to fixing something that absurdly easy to correct in all those months, what's the point in our reporting issues at all? You clearly won't do anything about issues unless you think they may immediately, directly, and negatively affect your bottom line.

The way we get souls, rather than holy crystals back from rebirthing a hero that was empowered before that castle raiders update looks like a clear error, brought on by lazy programming. Yet nope, you won't do anything about it, no matter how much it angers your player population. Even the biggest whale on my server seems to have quit not long after that update, yet you guys act as if everything is fine. Happy players will be more likely to spend money, while unhappy players will be less likely to spend money, and more likely to quit. Then unhappy players tend to be more likely to tell others of their experience than happy players. You're shooting yourselves in the feet with updates like that, yet once again, you behave as if everything is fine.

  • Riiiight, just a matter of time. Like how from the player's perspective, mining has been broken from the start, or near to it, but after some six months, it's still not fixed. Then oh look, Bartoli is till a man according to one of her still descriptions, if they can't seem to get around to changing "he" to "she" in that skill description, why should we believe they'll fix anything else we report?

Raising a ticket is a waste of time, tried more than once and get response from MILK who is as much use as a chocolate fire guard

  • The people that answer tickets don't know squat. They'll give you responses in a manner that suggests 100% certainty on their part, only for it to have been 100% false information. Then if you report an issue, they may just give you the run around, or claim there is no issue. So as you say, sending in a ticket is a total waste of time.

Hey, any news about all the bugs we reported already (mines wars, GW freeze, Guild boss bug, hero empower, Castle Raider difficulty, Tree of Origin difficulty, just out the top of my head) ? When will they be fixed ?

And i'm not even asking about translation issues that need to be adressed in all languages.
