Thanks for reaching out to us. I understand you are trying to utilize the 'Collect Rewards' located within the user tab. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what reward that allows you to collect after confirming your email.

You can definitely reach out to our Customer Support team and show them this screen shot and see if they would be able to better assist you. You can do so here:
