Das ist doch lächerlich!
Als zahlender Kunde ist man gern gesehen aber wenn man hilfe braucht passiert einfach nix.
Wenn ich so arbeiten würde hätte ich schon lange keinen Job mehr!!!

again loosing BR this time i loost 30k BR. Before i get reconnect i have 55+M after reconnect i have 54.983M what is wrong with this game. i was on regular map my char just warm exp and gold. i don't make any changes W_T_F?! and i'm really disappointed of this situation because this happen to my 4 times in 2 weeks and i count this and i loost 200K BR
who will cover our loosing BR? if this is some kind of rollback on server side (restore database) then you should inform on forum or on web, (ahh i forgot the website is not updated)
where is the problem? but i'm sure i not make any changes because i was AFK. and yes i'm really angry at this situation.

OK i hit the problem, and i know where is this crap. all class have some skill that for a while increase BR and some stat, and when this skill gone BR gose down but this is only 20K. but what with BR what i lost.

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
There are some skills which increase Stats in result player get the boost in BR, But if you still think that you are losing more BR than you are gaining, then I would suggest you to make ticket to check your account.

Unfortunately, as moderators, we are unable to assist with you or the few other players that are losing BR... this is why fellow moderator Laka Khan suggested reaching out to Customer Support.

Believe me, we understand your frustration and the reason behind why you are upset however only Customer Support can investigate your account to take a look as to why you are losing BR. Do note: as Laka Khan suggested, their are skills and more that are activated that temporarily boost your BR, and most times, there is a "visual glitch" that shows you having more BR than what you normally have and when you exit the game and go back into the game, then the real BR is shown.

I hope this helps.

Noch immer keine Antwort auf mein Ticket vom 05.01.2019.

Vielleicht sollte man sich auf die Fehlerbehebung konzentrieren anstatt ständig Neuerungen
ins Spiel zu bringen die auch nicht ohne Fehler sind.

Spiele wirklich schon viele viele Jahre verschiendene Arten von Spielen aber so einen schlechten Kundendienst und eine so lange Wartezeit auf eine Antwort hab ich in der ganzen Zeit noch nicht erlebt.

Es wundert mich wirklich nicht das viele Spieler darauf keine Lust mehr haben und mit diesem Spiel aufhören.
