über einen Monat warte ich jetzt schon auf eine Antwort auf mein Ticket...
( siehe Anfang )
So langsam solltet auch Ihr und eure Vorgesetzten merken das keinerlei Reaktion auf eure Weiterleitungen erfolgt.
Wäre ich böse würde ich sagen das es nur eine Hinhaltetaktik ist...

Ein paar Tage warte ich noch, dann höre ich auf zu spielen und werde jedem von diesem Spiel abraten.

I want to personally thank you for being so, so, patient with us! It is not easy to go a month with no response. Rest assured I will forward your ticket again to my superiors who can then escalate it up to the Customer Support team.

ich sollte mich vielleicht darüber freuen das Ihr mein Ticket weiterleitet aber...
wie oft habt Ihr das jetzt schon getan??? 2-3-4 Mal???
Ihr verliert hier im Forum leider eure Glaubwürdigkeit.

Euch laufen jeden Tag mehr Spieler weg!

Auch meine Tage sind gezählt... ich mache das nicht mehr lange mit.

Bin zutiefst entäuscht und habe keine Lust mehr...
Seit dem 05.01.2019 habe ich keine Antwort auf mein Ticket erhalten. ( siehe Anfang )
Mein Geld wurde natürlich gerne genommen aber Hilfe bekommt man keine!

Ich schreibe es gerne nochmal...
Ich hätte schon lange die Kündigung bekommen wenn ich so arbeiten würde.
Wer so arbeitet hat keine Zukunft!

Noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag...ändert den Titel des Spiels doch auf:
MONEY FOR CELESTIALS
Dann weiß jeder was ihn erwartet.

I am truly sorry about the wait you have endured. I send weekly updates to my superiors about delayed tickets that have not gotten a response and I will actively continue to do so.

I checked your delayed ticket and noticed that they still had not replied or requested additional information from you. We definitely try our hardest to get a response to you.

I want to sincerely apologize for the wait and we in the same appreciate your patience in this matter. I know it is not easy in your situation but we definitely do appreciate your patience.
