Dear Rodri,

A refund is not possible. Regarding the hacking you've heard, it isn't an actual hack where a person had gain access to another player's character without knowing the character's login credential. Many players had at one point decided to share their login info and often, end up in a bad way when the trust/friendship falls out. As such, we are against account sharing due to these circumstances.

Please be reminded that each player is responsible for the security of his/her own account credentials. Once they are admittedly shared, unfortunately, we aren't able to help with reversing the damage done.
