Hiya,

Three days ago, after quiz, I logged out and have not been able to log back in with the desktop app.

Have removed it, downloaded it again, but nothing.

Any idea? Thx.

Have you tried logging in through a browser to see if that works.  Also if nothing else works including the links I have provided will need an SS of what you see when trying to log in such as any messages or so forth. Here is a link they may help it is a link of how to fix issues with the client. http://community.gtarcade.com/thread/1311313-1-1.html

Also make sure you have the latest version of the client from here https://www.gtarcade.com/en/micro/download

Hiya,

Yup, I can log in through browser, only problem I have is with the desktop app.
I have downloaded it numerous times, also from the link you provided, but nothing.

I cannot provide a screeny, since there is nothing to see
This is what happens:
I download, that works.
I have the icon, also np.
When I clíck the icon, however...... I have a blue loading circle for a splitsecond, but that is it.
It does not load, not even the 'please be patient' message, nothing.
Can click what I want, but it does not go through.

Have looked at your other link and all the problems there, but I do not see this perticular problem.
Perhaps any other suggestions?

It is so weird, I am playing perfectly fine, I log out, I wanna log back in again and poof, it does not work anymore 0.o

Nothing. Not a thing.

I click and click, but nothing happens.
So, I can provide a screenshot of my cursor on the icon 0.o

I just tried it again, and low and behold, I am in. YES!

But..... how? What happened, what have you done, has there been an update?

Have not been able to log in for 4 days straight.

I have done nothing differently, so maybe you fixed something??

There was a game update but do not think that would change anything on your problem but glad it is working for you now hopefully you have no more issues with it.

Aaaaand here we go again..... exact same thing, logged out with quiz, cannot log back in, desktop icon won't load, I just get the 2 seconds of a blue loadingcircle and that's it.

Cleared cache, DNS, reinstalled, nothing.

I see others have similar issues, so..... problem with the game afterall??

What to do, or when will you have it fixed??

Hi maddelonny!

If you can, I would like to see if we can see the client still running in the background via Task Manager. To do this, we can do the following. I'll do my best to make it look easy and simple as possible for you.

1) Open task manager. (this can be done via clicking ctrl + alt + delete or typing in task manager in your device's search feature.

2) Once task manager is opened, you may see the task manager with "fewer details" enabled. We'll want to have all the details visable. So, on the bottom of task manager, you should see "More Details" click it to expand your task manager. You'll be able to find it here:



3) Once more details is activated, proceed to finding any sources if "GTarcade", "Chrominum embedded Framework (CEF) Client Applications, or any other sources from the GTarcade client. Right click on every one of them you find then click "end task". Chromium Embedded Framework tasks or GTarcade tasks will look like this in Task Manager.



4) Once you're sure all tasks are closed, proceed to attempt opening the client again. If it works, which hopefully it will, you're good to go. However, if it doesn't. Let's see if this works. (Proceed to 5).

5) In your taskbar. you should see an arrow. Hovering over it will say "Show Hidden Tasks". Click on it, If done correctly, you should see a GTarcade icon in there. right click on it, you should see two options. "Open" and "Close". Click open to see if it will load up the client. It will look something like this.



Please let me know if this has worked for you. If not, let me know so we can continue helping you.

And....... step 1 through 4 sufficed, I'm back in!!!! YES!!!!
