WB should be closed or updated?

Hello,

I have already told this WB stuff a couple of times but sadly, GTA dont really care about it. What i told them that they should add DMG limit, just like in GB. If they cant do that, then they should make similar to LOA 1 or LOA 3 style of WB. And yet again, they didnt. The heavy hitters broke WB every time and most players cant get a weekly point for that as well. Do you think WB should be closed or we want GTA to improve WB? To me, they should improve WB, otherwise WB is pretty much lame. Thank you.
