Hello ModI found this forum so I'm asking for help here, I've an open ticket rotting there since 29/01, it's been escalated on 05/02, I don't know why devs aren't answering and I'm really pissed to waste my time to try to get some help from your Facebook page, where you possibly should suggest users to move here for their request, instead of asking over and over details (just a suggestion). Anyway I feel the service provided is really substandard compared to the amount of money invested in your game, the point isn't even anymore about the request I made itself, but your customers deserve better treatment. End of rant.

I have just checked the status of the ticket and it is indeed forwarded by one of the Facebook Mod Wolfheim for further follow-up but so far no feedback has been received from the support side.
Unfortunately we Moderators have not many rights, all we can do is forward the tickets for follow-up to our superiors,

Now I'm not even remotely satisfied with their answer and made followups in the ticket, do you think it's possible to make further escalation please?

I'll  also share my  experience and try to explain the reason of the ticket because I'd appreciate to gather some other user feedback:
So I topped for gemini overlord  during fireworks event, and received the fragments to lvl it up, the next day I find the lunar manor is offering skills and purchase one, I go on the skills panel and destroy the temporal lock because of distraction about the skills locking system (pretty unfair to ask rubies in my opinion), I instantly open a request to technical support about the issue, during the next days waiting for an answer, I found several users had the same issue ruining their overlord, now if you go on the skills panel you notice you can lock only 3, and you can't pick empty slots for training, this will result in overwritten skills after you get up to 4 and lock 3, they are claiming it works as intended, I raised doubts about it. Besides I think is unfair an expensive Item like overlord has to come with such flaw to skills learning system, that you can ruin its native abilities with no chance of recovery. Please share your thoughts

No problem with your English. It is very well written and I can completely understand what you are trying to say. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize about what happened with your overlord. Unfortunately, moderators can only escalate tickets as you have requested to do so but want to make a note on your complaint.

The Overlord skills work as intended, and with player suggestions, this feature could be changed. The development team has allowed players to lock up to 3 skills on the Overlord at the cost of rubies. Otherwise, when you learn a new skill, you have the possibility of gaining the new skill, or it will replace one of the current skills that have been learned.

Hey Zett thanks for explaining this, I have to be honest I didn't even notice what is written over the skills and you made it clear, this is no excuse but I invite you to try and see it on a smartphone please, besides I'm pretty sure (no proof tho) that I did not receive any alert while learning a new skill, that happens if you lock them then you get notified you're using rubies, I think this is a huge anomaly considering we get notified even for throwing garbage at the vendor. Anyway, it looks like bad luck just put his part in my faulty action, but I still feel like someone who purchased a Lamborghini with self destruction button attached next to conditioned air and while driving accidentally pushed it, I don't feel so guilty, I think: how much perverted one has to be to put such button there?
What now? Should I go make a recharge to top resource event and stop thinking about this?

Thanks for replying so quickly. I took a look at my mobile phone and see the same message:


I am sorry to hear about the skills problem with the Overlord. If I had a free skill to spare, I would absolutely try crafting without locking any items to see if I would get a warning pop-up about losing learned skills if they are not locked.

Sorry I didn't want to say you'd not find what's written there from mobile, just it is infinetley small, like the attachments you find on bank contracts. Anyway I can't see the point in making such dangerous environment to develop such an expensive item, if the native skills were preserved we'd not be here...

I definitely do not want you to stop thinking about this problem as other players' may experience this as well. I highly recommend utilizing the suggestion form to help improve the overlord skills feature within the game. We value the players' opinion and feedback and strive to optimize our game and make it more enjoyable for everyone.

No problem mate, I don't think a form would be of any use while facing government and after all the effort I already put in this... At the end of the day I learned I wasted too much money and basically only needed a reason to stop doing so...
