Don't you guys get it yet? They really don't care... this forum is just meant as a place to vent your frustration but you will keep PAYING and playing because you don't want to lose all the time, effort and money you spent on this game so far. They are playing on the tendencies of "gamers", and they know that they can get away with a shoddy game if they can just hook you(called the hook). They are not concerned with the problems of any individual since there are thoudsands playing and PAYING. Ask yourself why are there sooo many of this type of game being run by Gtarcade? they ALL have MANY MANY horror stories from the players but they skill keep coming out with more when they can't even do just ONE properly... its because of the "hook' ... you start playing and then start spending and after that its very hard to stop becuase you don't want to think that you have wasted all the effort and money... and then they have Forums like this, where they dangle a carrot on a stick, the "carrot" being that they will see about your problem.... players have Tickets being written off as closed or even outright deleted without ANY resolution .... well except for the copy and paste responses by either support "if they respond" or the moderators on this forum... if there is any advice i can give is to stop paying and/or playing if you are early in this game because it just gets worse the higher you go...

Lol. Only mods here still think that dev really care about players
Era's dev already show What they can do for this game.. Or better how most of the bugs will never be fixed in this game. Many bugs remain here for months, only time they're fast to fix à bug it's when a bug is on a cash shop event. Others Just get ignored.

If this game was soo great why are all the servers empty and that they have to open new one all days Just to make it think this game have lot of players just  try to get as much cash they can until the player find this game is full of bugs

Dear ttgamerop,

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
The issue in era of celestials are being fixed by our development team day by day, player should understand developers are human as well, there are issues in every game but they get fixed as get reported, same is happening in era of celestial as well.
We can understand players frustrations and we moderators do our best to push the reported issue so that development team fix those issue as fast as possible, but sometimes few issues take more time to fix it.

We were having issue regarding ticket system, which is being fix now as we speak and hopefully it will be fixed after the maintenance.

Here everyone has right to speak what they think is right, Even we provide suggestion forms which we forward to our development team, So if player provide us suggestion we forward it to our development team, of course not all the suggestion get selected right away, but that does not mean that dev team ignore the rest, they just put the remaining suggestion in que.

Dear player,

Thanks for your feedback. Please know that the development team does listen to players' complaints and suggestions to help improve the game, including bug fixes.  I can actually give you one example: the resource tycoon (the ruby claim) was missing on EST servers and the moment it was identified that EST did not have it, the development team was able to quickly put it back onto the server without taking the servers down.
As Laka Khan had said:

The development team is indeed human as well, and as such, they need rest, they need to enjoy celebrating their New Year, but in that same process, they do fix multiple bugs day-by-day. They review the bug reports that the moderators and players' submit. The process may seem like a long time, but they too have to replicate the bug to find out where the problem is.
Another great point is this as Laka Khan had suggested:

The mount instance was one of the highly requested instances that players' had as getting Wisdom of Fruit was near impossible to get. The development team acknowledged that request and had placed that instance into the game so now getting Wisdom of Fruit is easier to obtain, just like Elysian and Sprite shards.

I am sorry that servers' are empty and the development is also aware of this. Server merges happen but moderators do not know when the merges will happen, but any upcoming merges will be posted on our social media here: https://www.facebook.com/EraOfCelestials

Admin tolong di fallen shrine.. Sudah summon 3 kali.. Reward nya jelek semua.. Sudah lawan overlord tidak dapat reward nya.. Yang lain sekali summon lawan overlord.. Langsung dapat reward overlord capricorn nya

and i can give you 10 from me alone that has NEVER been resolved... and those are not to be replicated, just to check the logs and see, well damn they really didn't get what they were supposed to... and just issue a mail in reward... thats what we expect if we are PAYING... but as someone else rightfully said, only the moderators think that the devs care... maybe you are getting paid , maybe you are just naive, whatever it is, it is....

We are sorry that you are frustrated and hope for a better outcome or future if you continue playing our game. Customer Support should be returning back to the office and with the backlog of tickets, hopefully, players' will get a response or get assistance on any tickets that have been created or escalated.
