As with all the other posts about this problem I too cannot enter the game, stuck at 21% loading screen. I have done already submitted tickets an done all the troubleshooting. This problem started February 23rd about 21:00 server time. Today is February 27th with no solution.  Help me !!

Dear player,

While we continuously try to support the newest of devices and operating systems, a simple hotfix or update on someone's device might reverse any progress of Legacy of Discord compatibility.

Below I will write several steps that you could follow in order to solve your issue for iOS:

1. Close Legacy of Discord and restart your device.
2. While stuck in the 100% Loading Screen, please hold your Sleep/Wake button continuously until you shut down your device. Reopen your device and try reentering Legacy of Discord.
3. Do a hard reset by tapping the Home and the Sleep/Wake button continuously for 10 seconds. Try reentering your iOS and try to relog in Legacy of Discord.

For Android, you may try to clear cache of Legacy of Discord in Application settings, then you may restart your device and retry. Else, you can clear cache and also delete all data of Legacy of Discord and also uninstall it, then reinstall it all together from the Play Store. Restart your device, update the game packs again and try again.

If all those did not work, I suggest you completely uninstall and reinstall the Legacy of Discord application, but only after you have bound your account to secondary e-mail sources like Facebook, Twitter or Gmail.
After you have reinstalled Legacy of Discord and the problem persists, please try all of the steps above again.

If your issue is not yet solved, you may send a ticket to our Support and request for their assistance, either through the web or the in-game system. To send a web ticket, please visit the following link: https://support.gtarcade.com/search/choose-form?gid=182
then select Support on top, then choose Legacy of Discord and create a new ticket below.

To send an in-game ticket (from another account), please go into your Game Settings, tap on Support and create a new ticket there with the appropriate subject and title.

Know that if nothing of the above works, it is very likely that the accountability of this occurence falls on your latest update or device hotfix. If that is the case, the only thing the user can do is wait patiently for the next hotfix that resolves these issues.

Yes thank you for answering. I sent 5 tickets between February 23rd-February 28th. The tickets were responded to with the answer of trying to do all the obvious troubleshooting ( clear cache, restart, uninstall, reinstall, with and without Wi-Fi ) and their final answer was it has been sent to researchers for further investigation.

February 23rd- March 3rd Still no game access. Not very good customer support or care from my point of view :-( :-(

FEBUARY 23RD -MARCH 4TH.  STILL NO GAME ACCESS. TRIED EVERY TROUBLESHOOT THERE IS. 5 SUPPORT TICKETS WITH NO HELP.   POSTING TO FORUM TO LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW THEIR SUPPORT IS HELPING ME OUT.  SOON THIS VIP10 WILL BE LOOKING FOR A FULL REFUND

March 5th. A new update for the game. It appears as if the problem has been resolved. Have been able to access my account today.  Everything seems to be right, no compensation yet. Lost tons of rewards from February 23rd-march 4th. " PATIENTLY WAITING"
