GTarcade Desktop 2.0 ich ahbe das alte complett runder gemacht und das neue drauf gemacht.
jest geht das spiel nicht mehr,und habe jest wieder das alte drauf gemacht aber er instaliert das

programm Buhe sticks nicht mehr mit drauf.die anderen spiele laufen nur das nicht.

das ist immer noch hab wieder alles neu gemacht.
geht noch nicht es instaliert nicht das Bluhe Sticks programm.
es steht da:Error installing game:Era of Celestials
Unknown error,Please contact customer support.

Dear player,

Anti-Virus and Firewall can prevent EoC from running in GTarcade Desktop, even if it runs fine for other GTA games.
Other background programs may also conflict with the Client.
If you are unable to play from the Desktop App, please close all other programs and try to run it again.

Other troubleshooting methods include:
- "Quick-Fix"

- Refreshing the Client.
- Reinstalling the Client.
- Deleting Cache from both the client folder and Chrome (Client runs on Google Chrome)

How to delete Desktop cache:
Step 1: Exit the mini-client (exit the app completely, not simply log out);
Step 2: Right-click the desktop icon and select “Open file location”;
Step 3: Navigate to AppData/Local/Gtarcade/cache folder, delete the game folder;
Step 4: Restart the mini-client.


If minic client is frozen or It's not loading anything, there's no 0/3 at the end, please do the following:

1. Have you restarted it?

2. Go to properties and select "run as administrator."

3. Does your CPU enable virtualization? (If not it may run too slow to run BS which is already slow)

Also check in settings what it set your defaults to for performance. Raising whatever it set may help, but 60hz for refresh and 2cores is more than enough.

4. Go here: https://support.bluestacks.com/h ... zation-VT-on-my-PC- You have to enable the virtualization.

habe alles aus gestellt und so aber es geht nicht.
das spiel ging ja bis ich das drauf gemacht habe GTarcade Desktop 2.0.
seit dem geht ja nichts mehr es liegt am spiel und nicht an mir.
ich kann das spiel auch über NOX app spielen da geht es.
aber da fliege ich jest auch laufend raus es war vorher nicht,
erst seit heute früh wo ihr dran rum gespielt habt am server ist das so.
ich mach doch nicht mein Pc zur votze wegen euch.

es ist gelöscht mir reichts es ligt nicht an mir.
hate es 6-7 mal drauf gemacht.
du kannst bescheit sagen wen es wieder geht.
ich habe kein video programm drauf zum aufnehemen.

I would love to assist you, but we would need more information about what may be causing the problem, including screenshots, as these would help us tremendously.

spielst du selber das spiel dan weiste was da los ist mit dem suport,
man bekommt keine antwort.ich warde heute noch auf die antwort von den ticket.

da brauch ich kein ticket mehr schreiben.
und bei dem spiel es geht ja schon fast garnichts mehr.
man muss ja mal fragen ob das absicht ist es sollen woll noch mehr auf hören zu spielen.
