Unsolved Ticket regarding bug

I submitted a ticket on March 2, 2019.  It was my second time submitting the ticket.  The first time I did not have the screen shoots. The second time I made sure I did exactly as I was told and provided the links to the screen shoots.  Here is a copy of my ticket I submitted:

I am submitting this for a second time with a link to the screen shots as I was told to do. My in game name is Sorarim, Server EST-S488
On the screen where you challenge someone to fight I am rank 7 as I beat the character in that position. Then when you go to the ranking
list, I am rank 11. Therefore, I have 2 different ranks for the arena. Below I sent link to both screen shots from imgbb.com as told to do.

Again the links show I am rank 7 on the arena challenge screen and rank 11 for the arena ranking list. If you can not correct this, can my
arena just be reset so I can start again.
