Dragonsouls not working on desktop app

Everytime I try to access my DragonSouls when I use the desktop app it locks up and I have to close down the program and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before I can log back in.



Can this be fixed?

Addendum: It doesn't work in browser either.  I tried using Windows Explorer and it said gtarcade.com was not responding.

Hello

You need to wait for more time, This is because of load of dragon-soul inventory to load completely.
Once its load, try to clear some dragon-soul so it will load easily for next time.

I have been waiting for 45 minutes for my dragonsouls to load. If the problem is to many in the inventory how do I devour them if it won't load?

I sugest not to use the client or Chrome to open the dragonsouls if it's been a long time.

The more dragon souls you have, the harder and longer it will take to open.

Chrome, and the client (built on chrome), are the worst for playing LOA and often have severe lag anyway.

So, best to try a browser. IE is best, Edge, or Maxthon set to use the IE engine.

Than let it sit till it opens, often for an hour or more.
