Thanks for the follow-up. Era of Celestials staff have released a public announcement on our official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EraOfCelestials) and has stated the following:

If you find out that you have been treated as sensitive player in the trade system, please send an email to us:
1. Subject: ID+ Server+ brief description
2. Content: Please provide detailed description and screenshots (if you have)

Email address: gtarcade.eoc@gmail.com


Please try this method to see what they can do for you.

Unfortunately, as moderators, we as moderators do not have access to players account information. You need to work with Customer Support with this information, or with the information I provided above:
If you find out that you have been treated as sensitive player in the trade system, please send an email to us:
1. Subject: ID+ Server+ brief description
2. Content: Please provide detailed description and screenshots (if you have)

Hello wt_963,

Thanks for following up with us. Unfortunately, moderators are unable to look into these matters and will need to reach out to the email listed in my previous posts to see if this will get you a quicker response.

The Era of Celestials staff released the public announcement saying to email them if you were treated as a sensitive player within the trade system.

Please work with that email address and I hope you will be able to get help on your missing diamonds.

Kindly please try to understand our situation, We MODERATOR's can not help you in this matter, Only customer support can help you, Just like Fellow MOD Zett mentioned in his previous comment.
You have to contact on the E-Mail address provided by the development team on the official announcement on EOC Official Facebook page.

Thanks for following up with us. I really am sorry to hear about your experience with Customer Support and not getting a response. We would love to help more but all we can do is escalate your ticket. You will need to continue working with Customer Support to hopefully get a response to your ticket or email the address that I have posted in my above responses.
