Guys, you really need to work on your support ticket. This is the worst support I've known for a big company. Ticket number 7745528.... I'm sure right after you reply from this thread someone will reply on my ticket just like usual.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received a reply on your ticket. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for the Support team to reply to your ticket. However, if you have not received a reply and it has been 3 business days already, kindly send me your Character and Server ID, screenshots of ticket number and screenshots of date of creation of your ticket. Once I have this information, I can flag your ticket as "delayed" which will get you a faster reply.

I submitted the ticket on the 1st of March and I can't give you a screenshot since people who are involved will know that someone reported them. It is about account related issue and TOS violation. I'm from HKT-1620 and server ID is  65935373 .... kindly refer on the ticket number that I've provided. If no action is taken on this, then it only shows that LOD doesn't care about their own TOS. I've provided you a clear proof of the violation and only your action is needed on this. Have a good day.

  • It has already been shown many times in the past. There's a rampant account sharing, trading, gifting going on without the people involved even trying to hide the fact and LOD gives zero amount of crap. At most you'd get a copy pasted "we'll certainly investigate and punish them" reply and then nothing would happen.

Unfortunately, without screenshots of the tickets, we will be unable to flag your ticket with the support team. That said, since your ticket is actually a report on a player, you will still not get any relevant information regarding the investigation, as such things are kept private by our Support staff. No matter the proof, the Support team will have to make their own investigations to validate the claims, so please remain patient while this process is done.

As for the month old ticket from the player above, please note that tickets are closed automatically after a few days if no reply on either side is made. As such, the support team will be unable to reply to your ticket if there is not an open one to reply on. Due to this, you are advised to reply back on your ticket every 24 hours to ask for an update, if you require a reply from our Support team. This will keep your ticket open.

Hi it is me again... it has been a month and no response yet on the ticket that I've submitted, 2 business days is a joke! You guys are earning 53k dias a week and this is the level of support we are receiving. Don't tell me that your Support tickets are working hard...this is definitely, absolutely and clearly not what the words "WORKING HARD" means.  I'm from HKT-1620 and server ID is  65935373 ... screenshots are included here as requested by you.

Hi... How long is shortly? Until now I didn't receive a response from your ticket support though I know it will be a canned answer. Also, coincidentally your ticket system is under reconstruction after I reported this matter.

Also, I just want to brought this attention to you guys. I commented a post on your FB and this MOD said that he/she had seen MANY vip0 players who have won in major events. I asked him to name 2 or 3 people along with screenshots of his claim. However, he says that I'm only looking for something to upset things and don't know a simple logic saving dias. I know the logic on how to save dias apart from being a vip11... All I'm asking is a proof and not just talk and lies that your MODS are telling us.

I do not know how long shortly is, I forwarded your ticket twice but unfortunately, as the ticket system is under reconstruction, also forwarded delayed tickets may have additional delays as they happen more often in these days, but I am sure you will receive a response within this week.

For the other topic, tt is in theory possible to win events as vip0, but it may be not worthy to save until a specific event as you may fall more behind. can you give me a screenshot or better a link to that post please?
