Thanks for providing this information. I have escalated your ticket and will let you know if we require any additional information to our Customer Support team, unless they reply to your ticket first.

last march 8 i change my mobile fone and DL era of celestial then after i logged in there came an costume update, i continued downloading then patching got disconnected then everytime i resume that was happening.. since then i haven't been able to continue in game so i filed a ticket.. please do help me get backin game.. thanks mod zett for reacing..

Rest assured that your ticket has been escalated and we will continue to do what we can on our end. Are you able to provide screenshots of the error messages received when you are unable to connect?? Possibly a video?

Hello Eirhonne,

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
Please for once, kindly please delete the game and then reinstall the game, once done reinstalling, make sure you have enough space on your device as well as stable internet.
Then open the game and system will ask you to download resources pack, start downloading and once reaches 100% extraction it might get stuck, do not close the game or minimize it if you get stuck there, just leave the device as it is for few mins.
System will automatically resume the game and once it is done then you please check.
If you still get the same problem, please feel free to contact us again.
