We will have an update 1 hour later. It attempts to optimize the anti-fraud system in Trade. The server will disconnect in a moment during the update period. Please avoid activities in this period. Thank you for your cooperation! If you have sent an email to report your trade issues, please be patient. Our staffs are working on that.

I have to agree! They are trying to combat illegal activities and transferring a large sum of diamonds to benefit other players or themselves.

We hope the update brings a more fair and balanced game-play!

it's will be more fair and better game play because many players use second accound with fake character to farm medal exp instance ticket and many other things that this will stop them to play unfair, at last all will be like should be

because of that updates i lost 5.7k in trades..  no illegal transactions made..

Hello takeabite29,

They made a public announcement on their official Facebook page with the following statement:
If you find out that you have been treated as sensitive player in the trade system, please send an email to us:
1. Subject: ID+ Server+ brief description
2. Content: Please provide detailed description and screenshots (if you have)
:e_mail:Email address: gtarcade.eoc@gmail.com


I hope with providing this information to them you will be able to get an answer back from Customer Support. I am sorry for the experience you had with the trade system.
