How is it possible that ticket done on 9th on March is not answered?
Voice of customer - cause this is what we are  - is stronger than any advertisment you might do. I was hoping that your way of treating customers will change in time, and it did! Worsening, of course.
And you still expect us to recharge? Or you bet on new players/ seasonal players?

Hi,
My issue is about a mistake I have done and I need help. I chose the wrong shards for a mythical soul arm (I chose divine reaver which I do not need, instead of Titan Grip). I asked to have the shards changed for a different soul arm. I sent pictures with inventory, shards, everything. If you can pass the message and somebody can look into it, thanks!

Hi there,

Please provide me screenshots, and your IGN and server and will forward your issue to the Devs but it will be up to them if they will do the exchange or not. If your not aware all soul arms even if you do not use or deploy them once activated gives bonus stats.

Hi,
I am aware all deployed arms gives bonuses. My issue is that I opened some chests containing shards and I chose the wrong shards. It can be verified that my divine reaver is at maximum level, so I cannot use the shards.
Also, considering that chests came by recharging, which means real money, I believe devs can replace them. Otherwise it would mean that they really don't care about customers who pay. Please find attached the print screen. I have 100 shards I cannot use.

Hi there,

Your enhancement where you need the shards is still not at max level, however I will forward your request to the Devs if you can provide me the ticket number you previously wrote or if you can provide me when you open those chest and how many there where and when it happened, but take note that it will be the Devs decision if they can do the exchange or not.
