I and other players can't recharge and no one is helping to fix the problem also players are having there br erased over night for no reason.  if developers care about the people who pay into this game then will at least try to a dress this problem or lose paying customers who spend hundreds.  So many tickets sent between me and my guild members which are all threatening to leave let's see if anyone cares or is it about the money.

Thanks for the quick follow up. I appreciate your feedback and am sorry to hear about your problem with Customer Support. We would love to assist by escalating your ticket or tickets to see if we as moderators can help assist to get you a response. Unfortunately, we do not have access to players account information and cannot troubleshoot further on your problem.

Please provide us with the following:
- Character name
- Server number
- Ticket #'s
- Date/Time those tickets were submitted

We will try our best to help get you a response.

Dear danielwharton03,

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
Regarding the recharge issue, kindly please contact customer support, as we can help in this regard, only customer support can help issue related to real money.
Regarding the loss in BR, have you checked, sometime items get expired, like title and costumes from hegemony they get expired after 1, or if player bought 2 time same costume from hegemony, BR increase when we activate both,  but once game get close br get decrease, sometime some other items get expire and character lost BR.
If you still feel that is not the issue in your case, then I would suggest you to contact support and explain them with details.

  • I have just sent my 7th ticket to customer service let's how it takes to resolve this issue many players have left the game because of this I don't want to do the same

I have left 6 tickets with customer support and got no answer how many tickets do I have to leave before they sort the issue it's every day there is a issue with top up

I have sent name server issue picture this is ticket no 8 with date and time I still can not recharge at all I can not enjoy the current event.  What am I supposed to do

Dear Player,

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
Player can recharge through our GTarcade Mini Client as well.
Have you tried that, if not then kindly please try that, If your country is in the list of countries which are allowed to recharge from the mini client then you will be able to recharge from mini client.
