Extra Recharge Rewards, Missing Precious Rewards

So earlier today I recharged $40, got my precious, and the Total Recharge Rewards gave me Rewards for $100 recharge.  I recharged a second $40, got the diamonds, but not the precious.

So this is a mess.  I did get all the recharge diamonds. Would be more than happy to give back the Extra rewards for the $100, as I did not recharge $100, just the $80.  But I truly would like to have the precious I am missing for that second precious pro that has still not shown up on the account. Especialy as it is tycoon.

Hi there, from the looks of it your second recharge for 4k didn't actually go through, there was a bug with total recharge earlier and it showed recharges from previous event. If your second recahrge did go through it should show in your recharge history and we'd need an ID for both to check the issue, thank you
