Eternal War: locked before end, no Rankings, ..

Update 5/30: This time the following bugs did not occur for me and others.

On 3/30 and 4/30 for me Eternal War is locked too early at 22:00 GMT directly after end of last Battle:

I cannot see which faction has won, no summary with strongholds and medals of each faction on the left, no Rankings. Normally one had 2 hours to see the final results. Also the Eternal War icon disappeared from main screen too early at 22:00 GMT.
For another Chars the strongholds and medals could be seen but the Rankings are empty and it shows "Events starts in 0:01" on the top permanently.
A refresh did not help in all cases.

Please fix.

The problem occured in different environments and computers: Browsers Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and GTArcade Desktop V1. Windows 7 and XP

Update 4/30: The next season the same bug occurred again for me. But other people did not have this problem.
Where the strongholds and medals are shown i see a different final result than other people! I get 41 and 41 strongholds for 2 factions, others 42 and 40.
This even made a different winning faction this time.
