Why was it blocked for me to top up diamonds when I bought them legally in the game store for hard earned money? I wrote to support in this matter and I received the answer that suspicious activity was detected on my bank account and I loaded diamonds every day from 100 to 500, depending on my needs. I apologize on the problem you are experiencing and I appreciate you reaching out to us with your concerns. The system that GTArcade uses on Era of Celestials looks like any account that utilizes more than "2" devices as this could cause suspicion that your account is playing illegally. If you were to only play on "2" devices, the flag that is set on your account will eventually fall off and you will be able to donate again.

However, as moderators, we are unable to assist further on players account information or recharge blocking. Please work with our Customer Support team to further investigate and look into your information and see what they can assist with. Provide them screenshots of your receipts that are received when you buy diamonds (probably in your email). Provide them with information that shows you legally play the game.

This is a public mockery. How can you suspect someone of strange activity on the payment account, as you can clearly see in the activity of the payment account that top-ups are regular and come from one bank account. If so you want to convince the consumer, blocking him the opportunity to buy the product freely, I congratulate you. You have just lost one of them and this matter will be heard in social media to show what your approach to us is. As I mentioned, there are players who buy 30-50 thousand diamonds and do not have the option of buying them still while the player buying 100-500 diamonds is blocked.

I understand your frustration completely but we as moderators are unable to look at players account information. We are just players like yourself who assist other players with matters that we are able to. For this matter specifically, you will want to reach out to the Customer Support team (https://support.gtarcade.com/) and provide them any and all proof that your account is valid.

It sounds like you wrote to support and got told that your account had suspicious actvity. Please create another ticket and provide this information to me, including your prior ticket, and I can assist in doing what I am able to.

Again, I am sorry for the experience you are having and hope we can help you.

Still I hear same answer: Hello, thank you for contacting us. We were told that suspicious activity was detected in your payment account. Therefore, we can no longer provide you with in-game recharge service.

Now I understand if I buy 10-30k diamonds every day than they dont see any strange activity on my account. But when I buy each day 1$ diamond pack (event with wings fragments) that is strange

Sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you,
We can understand your frustration and anger regarding this issue, Kindly please could you tell me, did you use only 1 device to recharge every day/time ?
Also kindly please let me know the device model/name .
And also you mentioned that you only use 1 bank account, is that right ?
Also please provide me the latest ticket number as well and date and time you created the ticket.
Also please let me know when was the last time you recharge successfully.

I am sorry for asking these questions, as I have to forward this info to my superior for follow up, so I need all the information I can get, so your issue get solved fast.

I use only one device for recharge, application BlueStacks 4 because GTarcade app not working (instalation error). Sometimes I use EoC app on my phone (android). Used only one bank account for recharge because I have only one.

Now the question arises for me as long as I am waiting to explain the matter and unblock the free purchase of diamonds. If as long as my friends for the answer regarding the applications they send, I will sooner quit the game.
