The issue still the same i am unable to recharge, also im few $$$ short to VIP 9 but the problems is that i have no problem recharging thrue the GTARCADE CLIENT everything working fine but if i wanna recharge from the phone RECHAGE FAILURE PLEASE CONTACT US
also i have money on my google play account that i wanna spend it but i can't because in GTARCADE Client there is no google payment AT all so i have this issue i have money but cant use it
also i was told by the other players that i have Temporary block on recharge but if i have a block why i still can rechage from the GTARCADE client i wrote the email to  Developers  no respond i Put the ticket NO RESPOND

i need help this is crazy already can you please help me this is definitly killing my VIBE in this game im #2 at the server and i still wanna play but i also wanna recharge whenever i feel like it

i also was told because i rechage a lot little by little this is why you getting temporary block first of all its my money and i use them as i like it if i wanna rechage 5$ or 100 this is should  be a problem To The ADMINS Of the game
i never did any refund so there is shouldn't be problem with that please its not  first time i have this issue and im asking nicely before i delete this  game already once and for good

Good luck in solving the case. I have been waiting for over a month to unlock the possibility of buying diamonds, after allegedly suspicious activity on the account and still nothing is done in this matter. I advise you to be patient or start looking for another game because here I see interest in a big case such as starving children in Africa.

- Character name (case sensitive)
- Server number
- Screenshots (if possible)
- Date and time of Recharge;
- Error message/Error description;
- Recharged amount;
- GPA-number.

ZETT there is no GPA or  SCREENSHOT OF WHAT ERROR RECHARGE FAILURE PLEASE CONTACT US

MY question IS Why When i recharge from GTARCADE GAME PORTAl everything working but when i trying to play  from the phone and trying to recharge did not working

I have ticket already in there and its no respond

When you top up through the client, the system recognizes that the device you are utilizing the top up is your normal device. Typically, when you play on more than 2 devices, the system flags your account and refuses to top up to try and help balance the game and keep it fair. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem.

I can assist in looking into this for you but will need the following information to look into this problem:
- Character name
- Server number
- Ticket number
- Date/Time ticket was submitted

ZETT i know the rules about 3 days and bla bla bla but you know i have this issue for a while so dont tell me wait 3 days i dont have 3 days anymore to wait please explaine the Problem to Devs And ask them to remove Temporary block from my account

I apologize - it seems every time you post, you somehow have a new account under a different username... which is weird. I can have them look into your account to see why you keep getting blocked but ultimately, it will be Customer Support that you will need to continue talking with. I hope to have answers for you soon about why your account consistently gets blocked.

The think is i log in  everytime with google account and everytime have a different name dont know why this is weird to me to but i would be appreciate if you can get the answer for me because this is getting outline already
