Sanctuary bug

[size=1.00em]2 days ago when my sanctuary inventory got full i start to get mail saying inventory is full. After that i collect all items from inventory but my sanctuary fountain and rainbow crystal mine stop working.I dont have access to theese building in sanctuary and cant collect holly watter and rainbow cristal ore.When i click on fountain or rainbow cristal mine[size=1.00em] it say no claimable resources but other 5 main building work fine.When my altar finish upgrade to lvl[size=1.00em]15[size=1.00em] 3rd rainbow cristal mine get unlocked and that one works fine but 1st and 2nd rainbow mine and fountains still dont work. I cant upgrade anything now becouse dont have enough resources to start upgrade.I tried everithing that i can think of reinstal game few times, clear cache and clear data few times,log out and some other things but still cant collect rainbow ore and holly water.I think that full inventory message trigger that bug.Have send ticket and still waiting for reply.
