I am sorry to see about your problem. This is not good when the events do not register the fact that you had topped up 5,000 diamonds. Unfortunately, as moderators, we are unable to look at players accounts. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team to have them investigate the events and why they did not see the 5k top up.

Provide them with the information you have provided us, including the screenshots, and hopefully they will be able to assist in providing those to you. Please let us know if you do not get a response within three (3) business days and we can escalate your ticket.
