blacked out angels

Can some one there please help me out? I have been having a graphics problem since August 2018 or earlier. It started when Eureka first came out. I have spent an hour or two with a mod and she tried really hard to help but I still have the same issue. I have also talked to my internet provider and she said everything checked out good. Here is a few clips of the issue I am having. Echoes of Doom, level up http://prntscr.com/nfbhi5 , this one is under Enchant, http://prntscr.com/nfbi60 , here another, Durano, http://prntscr.com/nfbjdo. I just found out just now why it does that in battle. It would still be nice if you can fix the issue. It's happens in battle when quality is on medium or high. I do like it on medium so I can see the attacks take place. But it still blacks out the item in echoes of doom. There is nothing I can do to fix it. Thank you

Hi Nelio,

I remember you have raise this issue before and what the Devs have advice was to clear your cache and cookies and update your flash players. Have you tried updating your video card? And which platform are you playing is it via browser or client? If you can play in both platform are they showing the same outcome. Have you tried playing in other browser to see if its the same.
