Whenever I go to log into a server it says Im locked out and to contact customer service.
This has been going on for atleast a month. I don't know if my IP is blocked? or something is wrong I've cleared my cache, cookies, and tried different browsers.
Nothing seems to work and I've lost a lot of play time due to this issue and I've been playing for 5 years and put money into this.

(S10)Shadowwraith is the server and my account is Annette530 and I dont think the browser matters cause I've tried using Google chrome and Internet Explorer but currently Im using Chrome
