Suspicious Player

I submitted a ticket a few weeks ago about this player. There are numerous reasons why they are suspicious, the most common being that they often top up while its still saying theyre offline... Which is something that often happens when someone is using 3rd party software for cheaper or free diamonds. Theres many other reasons that this player is suspicous with things they have both done and said. Thats all included in my ticket I made. However, its just a little bit concerning that this ticket hasnt even recieved a response several weeks later

- Ticket #
- Date/Time ticket was submitted
- Character name you are reporting
