Hi there.

At the beginning of the month, I created 2 tickets, unaware that your ticketing system does not work.

Reason for the fisrt one is that I did not receive my Azalwa shards, despite checking in.

Could this please be rectified ASAP?

Hi there, about shard from check in, we get shard of 2nd day from check in only after EST server reset, i will suggest you to do check in for 2nd day only after EST reset. now i can see your vip is not high enough to get 2 x shard. please provide your platform name also server name with number so i can make report for you. Thank you

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how it could take so long....

Let's consider a few facts...

1.) Your developers have a "support system" in place that only they know doesn't work, and hasn't worked for many years, yet they still keep it there.....
2.) Your developers somehow cannot create a patch to fix a bug in an event that is played roughly 3 times a month (Fortune Bag), and yes, I have a request pending on that too, from the beginning of April, that I used the developers "support system" to resolve, and have actually just given up on that. I also have numerous items from previous Fortune Bag events......
3.) I was disgusted to read how you treated another player who has spent hard-earned, real-world money and was the top player in their server as a result, when they received racist and derogatory remarks. This player was told to start all over again on a new server. What the actual f*ck?.............
4.) My minor issue, that was a problem for many players now 6 weeks ago when it first appeared, and still nothing has been done.........
5.) I have given up on World Boss, because every time I am awake at 01h00 and want to participate, the event crashes the minute I try to attack the "Boss" and I have seen I am not the only person with this problem.......................

So I have a solution for your developers.....

I give them full permission to continue to ignore this situation. I encourage them to continue smoking weed, while sipping on company bought hipster coffee brands while discussing the merits of an IPA vs a real beer.....

Thank you for nothing.

We understand your frustration. All we can do is only report your issue the rest is upto Devs. They work at their own pace. Other than follow up cases there is nothing much we can really do.
