During the Fortune Bag event at the beginning of the month, I received Holy Eagle, despite the fact that I have it. I also didn't get the chance to swap out the Icon for more tokens....

I created a ticket for this, unaware that your ticketing system is down.....

Could you sort this out for me please?

Hello there, yes ticket system not working from long time. please provide us SS of your fortune token event which show you got mount uncropped with time stamp if you have otherwise from inventory which show extra mount icon since event is already passed. and we need one more SS uncropped from mount option which show you already have mount and your platform name. Thank you
