Aufwertung der Sylphrüssi

Hi zusammen , ich kann bei Skeleton die eine Rüssi bei den Sylphen nicht weiter aufwerten da die meldung kommt Breakthrough not completet yet.
Könnt ihr das bitte weiterleiten zum überprüfen.

Hello there, we are sorry about your issue but we can't fix that gear, we will send you another gear and resources you used on your guardian crown sylph gear. can you please provide us with another SS uncropped of that gear from Ascend option. so we can see what lvl of stars you have on your guardian crown gear? and remember do not try any inherit or changes for that gear or sylph. if you try inherit your guardian crown which is bugged then new gear will also get bugged, so best you can do is to use that gear on some sylph which you will never use and we will send you new gear with resource you used on it. we will wait for your SS from Ascend option on sylph gear.
