Can you please create a short video of the issue,
I will check the video and report the issue to my superiors,
Or you can create a ticket, as support can check player account, they will check the issue and report to appropriate department to fix the issue.

I have checked the video and before i forward this video to our development team, First i would like to go through the basic troubleshoot with you,
Can you please tell me, have you tried, clear the cache, restart the device, as well as restart the router/modem if you are using wifi to play game.
If you have not done it, then please do it and let me know if the issue get fixed or not.
