Hello cyrilmounier!

When you are stuck in Weirwood, it's a good time to make your commanders stronger. You can blitz previous stages of Weirwood to obtain 'food' for your commanders to level up, or manually fight previous stages to earn exp for your commanders. You can also level up your commanders by sending them on Expeditions. Make sure you are equipping your commanders by clicking on the Commander icon, then the + button in an empty slot.

Once your commanders are stronger, you should be able to find a combination that will beat the stage you are stuck on. Good luck!

How can you change the troop combination? They say to change the formation but how?

You can combine the position of your commanders, since they bring different types of troops, some bring spearmen, other cavalry and other archers, you have to find the combination with which you can defeat your enemy.
I attached an image where you can see what kind of troop your commander carries.Additionally I leave you a gif so you can see how to change position.

Please provide a link to an area where I can read about what the stars mean in the Weirwood area.
Some of the tabs have 1 star, two stars or three stars.
I cannot seem to get a 2 star tab to go to three stars no matter how many battles.
Also, what does 1 star vs 2 stars vs 3 three stars mean?

Hi yamann.

Stars in Weirwood relate to how many commanders died in the battle. If none die, you get 3 stars. If several die, you get 2 stars. If you only have one or two left alive, you get 1 star. So, to get 3 stars on a stage, you need to beat it without any commanders dying. Sometimes this means passing stages with 1 or 2 stars until you can recruit a new commander or upgrade your current team, and then go back and get your 3 stars on all of the stages when you're stronger.
