Server Guild and world chat and messages not working for days

HI, our Server Guild and world chat and messages have stopped working since at least somewhere on the 15th of may. I type a message and send and nothing will happen send or be seen by me or others
me and other players can still chat only in asgard or faction chat .i hear in asgard chat a couple other servers may have the same issue.
please help
