Fortune bag Swap not offered again

Hello,
I just played Fortune bag and on two of my chars no swap offered for fairy and mount. On EliSing Server uc14 i got Griffin mount maxed and i got it again from Fortune bag and Swap was not offered of 33 coins for it. And i got already Golden hamster fairy and again no swap of 33 coins. Please refund 66 coins for both Griffin and Golden hamster on this char. On EliSingS Server ub47 i got Little bat fairy again and do not need it, please refund 33 coins for it on this char.
