Guild Issue

I had login problems couple of months ago but finally now I'm able to login into my char, but I'm having problem with Guild.  I cannot quit it or join other, it does not display my name and I cannot shop anything.  If I try clicking on Guild Shop the screen gets stuck.  Im in dire need of timeskip scrolls, socketing rods etc.  



I had reported the problem like 20 days ago and the problem still persist.

Seems the screenshot you shared is 20 days old too. Please share fresh screenshot along with timestamp.
Also Did you try to clear the cache of browser or changing the browser didn't help you with the issue?
