comp for the time not able to access game

almost 2 months wasnt able to access the game and alot of others werent either just wondering where the comp for that is and the events we didnt get to finish bc we couldnt login

all of us except 3 werent able to get in the game for a month and a half. this was a massive issue and more on other servers also. now at the time the valentine event was going on and i wasnt able to collect my rewards from that which i had spent money in. also i had the monthly diamond card so i also wasnt able to get my daily free diamonds either
