HELP! Companion Shards Needed to get 1/2/3 star

Hello,Please Help...I just want to know how many shards need to get the stars for Normal/Epic Comapnions so that i can plan ahead..
i don't wanna buy excess amount of shards at luminaries shop

250 shards total for 3 stars , by the way we need a way to sell the shards , cuz if i used all my resources to buy purple shards then i want to rebirth and buy Legendary companion shards ... ?!! just like the feature for the hero soul shards
